Fitzmauriee, Norah Fitzinaurice, his wife, Neilie Fitzmauriee, Marie Fitzmauriee Fitz-mauriee and Walter Fitzmauriee, heirs-at-law of Philip H. Fitzmauriee, deceased, de-ceased, and the unknown heirs and devisees de-visees and creditors of Philip H. Fitzmauriee, Fitz-mauriee, deceased, defendants;. Summons. Sum-mons. The state of Utah to said defendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which tins action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled case, and In case of your failure so do to, judgment judg-ment will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.. This is an action brought by plaintiff against the defendants to recover a judgment judg-ment quieting plaintiff's title to the land described in said complaint, situate in Salt Lake county, state of Utah, to wit: Commencing at a point 33 feet north ! of the southwest corner of lot 4, block 59, plat "A," Salt Lakes City survey, and : running thence north 90- feet; "thence least 125 feet: thence south 90- feet; ! thence west 125 feet to place of beginning A.
