As the result of trans-actions trans-actions which have been consummated during the past week, all of the stock of the Utah National bank held by indi-kv indi-kv vidua Is and concerns outside of Ogrdeu has passed into control of local men I and the official reorganization took place I at the annual meeting of the stockholders f today. All of the stock hitherto held by t outside interests has been taken up by jar ' five Ogden capitalists David C. Eccies, V. H. Wattis, Charles E. Kaiser, Jo seph fc'cowcroft and John Browning. The principal Mock of stock held by outside interests was purchased from the John A. Dooly estate, but other smaller i quantities were also purchased outside of the city. As a result of the transactions, transac-tions, the bank becomes an Ogden insti- tution throughout, with Ogden men en- j tirely in charge. At the meeting of the stockholders today the following officers j were elected-: ' i David C. Eccies, president; Ralph E. 1 Hoaer, vice president; W. H. Watt is, vice president: Charles E. Kaiser, vice president. presi-dent. Theso officers, with John M. Browning, Joseph Scowcroft and V. J. Parker, are the directors. The staff officers of-ficers of the bank remain the same, with , A. V. Mcintosh as cashier and Paul Mj T-ee as assistant cashier. There was no increase In the capitalization. |
