Show Lark Notes r Mr. and Mrs. James McDonald entertained at a six o'clock dinner din-ner Sunday evening at their home. The guests enjoying the affair were Mr. and Mrs. Max DuBois, Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Evans, Dr. and Mrs. H. C. Jenkins Jen-kins and Mr. and Mrs. William Grant. Mrs. Pat Hyland is spending several days in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Myer-hoffer Myer-hoffer and Mr. and Mrs. William Crittenden are owners of new Oldsmobile cars. Mrs. Max DuBois entertained the members of the Martha Sewing Sew-ing Circle at her home Wednesday Wednes-day at one o'clock luncheon. Bridge followed and prizes were won by Mrs. C. A. Morley and Mrs. Bert Thomas. Twenty-four members were present. Miss Alida Thomas of Salt Lake City was a guest of her parents Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Peterson announce the birth of a daughter daugh-ter Thursday in Salt Lake City. Miss Alta Gleason was a guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Gleason Sunday. Gordon Myerhoffer was a passenger pas-senger over Western Air Express for Denver on a business trip. Bert Fields was a winner in the Movie Quiz contest. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Peterson were Salt Lake visitors Wednesday. Wednes-day. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Thomas and family and Mr. and Mrs. Max DuBois witnessed the Davis-Bingham Davis-Bingham game Friday at Kays-ville. Kays-ville. Mrs. Clara McOmie, a student at the B. Y. U. was a guest of her mother, Mrs. Marie Peterson, Saturday and Sunday. Mrs. Ernest Oliver spent sev- eral days in Tooele last week. Thomas Hatch was a Salt Lake City business visitor Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Seal and Mr. and Mrs. Leland Nelson spent Wednesday in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Wilson of Helena, Montana, visited the E. W. Gleason home Sunday. The visitors were enroute to Pasadena, Pasa-dena, California. Funeral services for Patrick Savage, who passed away in Los Angeles were held in Tooele Thursday. Mr. Savage was an old time resident of Lark. Interment was in Tooele Cemetery. |
