This will complete the election of the solid harmony delegation which will support Cummins as first ehoieo for I president and Hughes for second choice, I if he permits the use of his name. In ! the event of the elimination of both Cummins and Hughes, the members of the delegation will be free to unite upon some third candidate. , Returns from over the state are being be-ing slowly registered.
