Show BRITISH AGENTS ARE JAILED AT HONOLULU Men Charged With Recruiting Recruit-ing Americans for Service in English Army. HONOLULU, Feb. 27. Charged with recruiting American soldiers for service In the British army, V. R. Seltgscn, alias W. R. Stein; C. D. Randall, alias Henderson, Hen-derson, alias England, and a recently dis- j charged sergeant of the Fourth United j States cavalry named Jefferson were arrested ar-rested here today by United States Marshal Mar-shal Joseph J. Smlddy. From documents found on the persons of the men arrested and In Randall a trunk, it was learned that IM recruits had been secured and that 154 of them had gone to the front. Seligsen was charged with being the agent between the runners in the plot and the principals, and Randall and Jefferson Jef-ferson were arrested as runners. Randall, it is said, told Commissioner Curry all he knew about the plot and it was on information furnished by Randall Ran-dall that the authorities based their pre-Jlctlon pre-Jlctlon of other Important arrests.
