Embassador Xaon is one of the foremost fore-most members of the Pan-American union, and favors the closest kind of political and commercial union between North and South America. It rests with the United States to furnish fur-nish the ships and supply the cash for the undertaking which promises so rich a return, and the time has arrived for congress to take action. |
