The announcement 'the encasement of Professor Theodore Bereslna as head of the violin and orchestral or-chestral department of the conservatory is made, and the conservatory feels to congratulate itself on securing: the services serv-ices of a renowned artist and teacher. Professor Reresina has been associated with the Theodore Thomas orchestra of Chicago, the Cincinnati orchestra and American Conservatory of Music, of Chicago, Chi-cago, n nd lias been affiliated with the strongest institutiors - of The east. Professor Pro-fessor Hugh W Dougall, as head of the vocal department, has continued to give splendid satisfaction in his vocal work, and bis services are in constant demand. Mrs. Delia Da ynes-Hills, who is associated with Professor Dousrall in the vocal department, de-partment, is meeting with si:, .-ess in her teaching, as weM as public, recitals. Mrs. C. P.
