Show CLISBEE KIMBALL CHOSEN PRESIDENT Selected as the Head of West Side High School Sophomore Class by Vote. Clisbee Kimball was yesterday elected president of the sophomore class at the west side high school. Kimball, Kim-ball, who was chosen by an almost unanimous vole of the .100 sophomores present, will succeed George Kirk, who recently resigned. Principal U M. Gil-lilan Gil-lilan spoke 'to the students, complimenting compli-menting them on their large class, and urging them to invite their parents to visit "the school, "Red and Black." the school psper, will he ifsued at both hiu-h schools to-dav to-dav at noon. The staff officers declare de-clare that the paper this time will be larcer than anv other monthly issue. It will contain sixty-four pages of reading matter, twelve pages more lhau the last issue. Wilford Romney. whoso leg was broken in the fooiball game between the two high schools some time ago, will soon be taken to his home from tho li. I. hospital. The students of the west side high school remember Eomncv at every assembly they have, alwavs' giving him the customary cheers that go to their football heroes. Tliev have received with the keenest delight the news that he is rapidly recovering. |
