Show BROKERS TO ATTEND ' JIC0e8iFffl.IL As a tribute of respect and regard for one whose eneriretic qualities had won him a host of friends on the local stock exchange, the governing board met yesterday yes-terday afternoon and appointed a committee com-mittee to draft resolutions of condolence and respect and to select appropriate floral t rii "ites for the funeral of Anton J. "Tony" Jacob.on, who died at his home, :i'Xl Kast Kifth South street, Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon. The committoe Is comnosM 7T. B. die. V.. A. Hartenstein and B. W. Dixon. Though not what is termed on the floor nf the exchange an "active" member, Mr. Jacobson was a member of the exchange ex-change and was prominent in many of tlie stock transactions. It was decided yestorday that in the event the funeral services are held on any day excepting Sunday the covprning board will declare the exchanso closed in order thai, the various members mav attend the funeral and ;;s a m;irk of nvspc-ct. In all probability prob-ability the pall bearers will be selected from a mi -n the active members of the exchange. |
