Show PIONEER WOMAN DIES AT AN ADVANCED AGE Mrs. Eliza A. McKelly, for More Than 60 Yoars a Resident of Utah, Passes Away. Mrs. Eliza A- McKelly, a pioneer of ISoo. died Wednesday 'night, at her home iu this eitv, at tho" ago of SI years. For si.xfy years Mrs. McKelly hnd been a resident of Utah. Sho was born in Dover, Kent, England, November 29, 1832, and camo to Utah with one of the pioneer handcart companies in 1853, arriving ar-riving October G of that year. At the timo of tho coming of Johnston's John-ston's army she went on. foot with a party of others to Provo, whero she made her home for some time. Mrs. McKelly is survived bv one daughter, two sons, fifteen grandchildren grandchil-dren and seven great-grandchildren. Tier sons are William IT. Greenig, 545 Bridport street, and John S, Greenig, 27G J street. Her daughter, Mrs. J. W. Uanes. also resides at 276 J street. Funeral arrangements will be announced an-nounced Inter. |
