Show PREMIUMS ON LACE WILL BE INCREASED II has o5cn announced by Mrs. Louise G. McCune, who lias charge of Iho women's wom-en's section of tho State fair, that tho premiums for hand-made laco have been greatly increased. Heretofore there has been a good deal of dissatisfaction among the judges in this department for various vari-ous reasons. First of all, laces made with braid have been entered as handmade hand-made lace; that is, in Iho same claea with needle-point and bobbin or pillow lace.
