NOTICE OF SPECIAL STOCKHOLDERS STOCKHOLD-ERS MEETING. Salt Lako City. Utah, February 10, 1913. To the Stockholders of Columbus Consolidated Con-solidated Mining Company: Notice is hereby given that a special meotlng of the stockholders of the Columbus Co-lumbus Consolidated Mining company, a corporation, in hereby called for and will bo held at tho principal office of the company at room 714 Judge building, in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Friday, February Febru-ary 2S, 1013. at 10 o'clock a. m.. for the purpose of considering, voting upon, accepting ac-cepting or rejecting a proposition that Columbus Consolidated Mining company sell and dispose of all of its mining claims, mining rights, franchises, real and personal property, and all other property and rights of every name, nature na-ture or description owned by it, to Wasatch Wa-satch Mines company, a corporation, for and In consideration of the assumption by Wasatch Minoo company of the debts and obligations now owing by Columbus Consolidated Mining company, and of the further consideration of the issuanco to Columbus Consolidated "Mining companv of 160,000 shares of the capital stock of Wasatch Mines company, such stock when rocolved to bo ratably distributed among tho stockholders of record of Columbus Co-lumbus Consolidated Minlnif company as a stock dividend. A proposal will also bo submitted to the stockholders at the meeting hereby called that when such stock Is so received and distributed among Its stockholders. Columbus Consolidated Con-solidated Mining company proceed to dissolve dis-solve as a corporation. The stock transfer books for the transfer trans-fer of stock will be closed at the cloHe of business on February 27. 1913. and remain closed until tho final adjournment adjourn-ment of the meeting called by this notice.
