The club was started in the school year 1933-34, for the purpose pur-pose of promoting better understanding under-standing between the juniors and seniors of the high school. To enter the club a boy must have a C or better average and the vote of all the members. This way undesirable members are eliminated. The party was semi-formal and was held in the high school gym. Everyone was served with punch and cookies. The music was furnished fur-nished by the Smiith Keys. About 35 members and partners attended attend-ed the party. Loring Campbell, well known magician, performed for the student body. Mr. Campbell proved to us that in some instances, the hand is quicker than the eye. There were some very interesting and amusing amus-ing evidences of magic. Glenn Sheen and Garth Ras-mussCn Ras-mussCn were called to the platform plat-form to help Mr. Campbell in some amusing feats.
