UTAH NATIONAL GUARD I NOW BEING INSPECTED The annual government inspection of the Utah national guard began Wednesday Wednes-day night, when company E. stationed at Rlchlleld, was Inspected by Lieutenant L. W. Caffey of tho Fifteenth Infantry. Ueu tenant Caffcy has been dotal ed by tho war department to conduct the inspections in-spections of tho various organizations, which will continue until tho end of next week. The Inspection will include the careful examination of all company proporty prop-orty and records. The men will be in olive drab uniform, but only tho arms will he worn, as camping equipment will he Inspected In tho company quartermaster quarter-master department!;. Lieutenant Caffoy will inspect company I" at Mnntl Thursday night: company G at Kphraim. Friday night, and Vmn,a"y P at Ml. Pleasant. Saturday night. 1 he First battery, under Captain Webb, will be Inspected Monday night: company A. signal corps, under Captain Bourn6. Tuesday night, and companies O and H. under Captain Georgcry. Wcdnosday ' night. The headauarters will bo inspect-i inspect-i ed Thursday night, and company B of fj Ogden Friday night. The hospital corps will be Inspected next Thursday by Lleu-J Lleu-J tenant Ira C. Brown of the medical do-I do-I partment of the regular army. |
