Show CAPTAIN MACKEY HAS UNUSUALLY BUSY DAY Captain E. Mackcy of the Volunteers of America had a very busy day Sunday. In the morning she conducted a Bible study class In the Volunteers' hall, at ID Commercial street. In the afternoon Mrs. Maekey had charge of a song and praise service. Miss Hecknor. president of the Epworth league of the First M IS. church, and Miss Hanson assisting with the music. At tho evening service Chaplain Chap-lain Joseph Clemens of Fort Douglas was the principal sneakor. Since Captain Mackey's husband, who has been associated with her in the work In this city, went to California a short time ago, Mrs. Mackey has found the work all that she can attend to. She cheerfully reports, however, t lint the work is progressing nicely and that visible vis-ible results aro being attained. |
