Show NEWS OF EPHRA1M Special to The Tribune. EPHRA.IM. Jan. 1(5 Mrs. C. Banis-tlne, Banis-tlne, the oldest woman in Koosharcm, died at an early hour this morning from old age and general debility. She has been living with her only daughter for a number of years and has always been In perfect health until yesterday when she was taken suddenly 111 and gradually grew worse, until relieved by death Sho was a convert to the Mormon religion having joined the church In her natlvo land. Sho was 90 years of ago at the time of her death. Mr. Charles Oran. a contractor, living at Lehl. Is her only son. Tho arrangements for the funeral have not yet been completed. N. P. Angnard, tho district gamo war-don war-don of Fountain Green, was in this city during the week looking after the Htato's Interests In tho case of Henry Lamb of Wales, who Is accused of fishing fish-ing In tho Wales resorvolr last August without having secured a state license. The stockholders of tho Bank of Eph-ralm Eph-ralm held tholr annual election during tho past week at tho bank building. All of the old directors wero reelected and there Is therefore no change In the directorate di-rectorate this year. Tho board consists of J. F. McCaf forty. II. P. Larson. John Armstrong, Thomas Foulln. Wlllard Pehrson, Peter Lund and C- A. Laraon. Tho board will elect Its officers In the future, perhaps within the next ten days. At the meeting an 8 per cent dividend was declared. |
