Show SISTER INTERCEDES IN BEHALF OF PRYCE LOS ANGELES, Cnl., July 27. Mrs. G. Kenyon Hodge of Vancouver, B. C.. is bore today preparing if necessary to plead before President Taft the casp of her brother, Caryl Ap Bliys Pryco, the British soldier of fortune, who "was the leader of the insurrectos in Lower California, and who is under federal indictments charging him with murder and arson bnscd upon information sworn to by tho Mexican consul at San Diego. Mrs. Hodges fear;; summary execution should her brother bo extra-dited extra-dited to Mexico. According to Mrs. Hodge, her brother once hold a lieutenant's commission in the British forces in South Africa, while his father, Colonel Douglass Pryce. formerl' commanded a regiment in India.
