Show EXTEND MAIL SERVICE. New Rural Routes are Established In Weber County, Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, March 31. Two more routes In tho rural free delivery mail service will be established In Weber county within the next few days in order to increase the efficiency of that branch of the local lo-cal mail service. Postmaster L. "W. Shurtliff and Assistant As-sistant Postmaster Rufus A. Garner have completed a tour of the area to be covered cov-ered by tne proposod route. This route will extend from the Opden poetofflce toward West Weber through a district where tho residents are not served by the other routes. The other rural route will start from Hooper and go to Roy. The roads to be traversed by the carriers car-riers on tho two new routes have not yet been mapped out, but will be rrranged later. The extension of route No. 4 from Blair toward the foothills, a distance of two miles farther than tho present service covers, Is also being contemplated. |
