Davis, a motor-man employed by the Utah Light & Hallway company, was removed from tho Palmer rooming house Sunday morning to a padded cell in tho county jail, where he Is being held pending the action of the lunacy commission. Davis created consternation by his actions ac-tions at the rooming bouse Sunday morning, morn-ing, when he insisted on telephoning to an Imaginary telephone number and. falling to get tho connection, rushed madlv about the house threatening the Inmates with bodily harm.
