In a complaint filed In tho district court Monday, alleges that Fred and S.. N. Poulson. proprietors of tho Imperial hotel, short-ehanged him in tho sum of $195 when he paid his bill of $-1 at that hostelry February 3 last. Maass alleges that he presented a draft on the Bank of Ploche for S."00 to the hotel people In payment of his bill and that he only received $1 In change. Afterwards Aft-erwards the draft was indorsed over to the Model laundry and cashed at Mc-Cornlck's Mc-Cornlck's bank for Us full face value. He has filed suit against Fred and S. X. Poulson and also tho Model laundrv to recover his change, amounting to S105. which they have refused to pay. |
