Miss Betty Bellows of Hollywood Holly-wood plans to leave this evening even-ing by train for San Francisco, vhere she will visit several days before returning to her home in Hollywood and her work as office of-fice manager for A. I- Hall and Son, wholesale jewelers, in Los Angeles. Miss Bellows has been ! here a week with her mother, Mrs Lillian Bellows, and brother, broth-er, Howard Bellows. Mr and Mrs. Albei t Marsh left J Saturday for Los Angeles after a two week visit here with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Timothy and in Copperton with Mr. and Mrs. James A. Marsh. Mrs. Dominic Priano entertained entertain-ed Tuesday at her home at the Princess apartments for the Thimble club. A social evening was enjoyed and light refreshments refresh-ments served. Mrs. Edward Gaythwaite was taken to St. Mark's hospital August Aug-ust 21 for treatment of a simple fracture of the right leg received receiv-ed the day before. Mrs. Gaythwaite Gayth-waite was accidentally bumped by an automobile as she was stepping from a car onto the sidewalk side-walk in front of the Holy Rosary church. Mrs. E. S. Barton of Apex Mine drove to Arco, Idaho, last Friday Fri-day to bring home Mrs. Barton and children, Keith, Marilyn and Ronny Joe, who had been visiting visit-ing Mrs. Barton's parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. F. Braithwaite for over a month. Mrs. Barton and Keith enjoyed a trip to northern Idaho and a stay at Sun Valley while in Idaho. Nerdin attended at-tended the Mercur day reunion at Magna Sunday. The Community Methodist church Sunday school teachers gave a luncheon at the church Wednesday afternoon. There were approximately 50 women present. pres-ent. Proceeds went to the church remodeling fund. The Rev. and Mrs. Meredith Smith and the Rev. and Mrs. Alfred Al-fred Steiner of Midvale left Tuesday Tues-day morning to spend a week in Vera Cruz, Calif. Mrs. Don Reid came home August Aug-ust 20 from St. Mark's hospital where she received medical treatment for 10 days. Her condition con-dition is reported as improved. Mr. and Mrs- Stephen G. Rawlings Rawl-ings and children, Billy and Joyce, returned August 21 from a vacation trip to Bryce and Zion national parks. Mr. and Mrs. Verl Webster and family of Mt. Pleasant visited Wednesday in Bingham Canyon with Mr. and Mrs. H. F. Dunn. The Websters formerly lived here. Mrs. A. A.
