In his keynote speech today, Governor Gov-ernor Hannon scored tho present national na-tional administration and told his hearers tho only hopo for the people lay in the success of a national Democratic Demo-cratic ticket. It is confessed that extravagance and mismanagement causo a waste of not less than three hundred million dollars each year in the ordinary conduct of the government, which Is inoro than the combined expenditures of all the 3tatcs in the union.
