Hoyhujce. was crossing Iho tracks of tho railway lino controlled by the company when he wao run down and almost Instantly killed. The bond In the case of Richard Price was reduced from $1B00 lo $500. Prlco Is under indidmcnt on a charge of perjury per-jury In making false statements in llnal proof of a land entry. Price was taken before United States Commissioner Charles Baldwin and the reduction of bonds arranged. |
