The Gunnison Valley Power company has reached a point In tho construction of Its power plant and transmission linos which enables en-ables one to roadllj' soo that service will be In actual operation very shortly. The polos are set from Couterfield through this city, and some mlhw east toward tho plant, and before long the wiring will be connected for dispensing of fluid. Tt Is thought lhat by another month at least all will' bo in readiness and lighting an accomplished fact. Manager Man-ager Dugglns and force aro busy all the tlmo and material necessary lo complete tho system Is all on hand. Gunnison and vicinity will foon bo In the light, and no mistake. With this convenience and a water system that will give us the most pure drinking water, wo will step forward in enterprise as never before.
