Show ARISES FROM SLEEP AND WALKS TO DEATH By Associated Press. CHICAGO, Oct. 8. Mrs. Alice Ives Hibbard Sterling, wifo of William R. Sterling, senior partner of Peabody Houghteling & Co., was founcj dead at the base of the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan on tho Sterling country estate es-tate in Lake Forest yesterday. The body, clad only in a night dress and a light kimona, was still warm when found by the coachman in a search that was instituted as soon as Mrs. Sterling's absence from her room was discovered. Mrs. Sterling' had died of exposure. Not a bone was broken in her fall over the eighty-foot bluff and Bhe received no injury sufficient to have caused her death. She left- her room on the first floor of the house some timo during the night. |
