About 'fifteen wore present and spent the evening in making delicious candies of various kinds. Mrs- Will Neilson of No phi Is Visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Madsen. Mrs. J. W. Cherry of Ml. Pleasant spent part of the week hero, visiting her mother and sisters. Mrs. John Lowry. Sr., entertained a number of her Jndy friends Friday afternoon. after-noon. The R. K. class met Tuesday evening nt the home of Mrs. Diantha Held. Nine members were present. Mrs, Kate Kon-nor Kon-nor gave a reading, Mrs. William Olsten took charge of the physical culture, Mrs. J. M. Burns the English. A very Inter-eating Inter-eating evening was spent. Mrs. Jennie Wlntch Mulsteln came, down from Provo tho first of tho woek to visit with hor parents, Mr, and Mrs. ChnrlCH Wlntch. Dr. G. W. Martin returned from Green River Tuesday, where he attended tho Presbytery of Southern Utah. Miss Jennie Martin and Miss Wlnnio Fltzhugh returned to Mt. Pleasant Monday Mon-day to resume their school work. Ono of tho pleasant social functions of tho week was the surprlco given Mrs. Jacob Keller, Sr.. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Christian Munk, Friday evening tn honor of hor seventy-second anniversary. All hor children were present, pres-ent, A tine supper was served at 6 o'clock and the evening was spont in music, singing and romlnlsconOcs. Miss SatHo Stakor spent the woek in Annabello, visiting her sister. Tho little 4-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs, John Bartholomow had tho misfortune mis-fortune yesterday to fall on tho stovo and bum tho palms of her hands severely.
