Tho balance of tho forfeit money not now in tho hands of Senator Sullivan as stakeholder will not be deposited until May -1. according to Rickard. who stated that this is a proposition of tho contract. When shown tho New York dispatch Lhat the money had been paid by Senator Sena-tor Sullivan to Dr. Coakley, tho promoter said: "If Sullivan paid out any money from that forfeit, he did so upon his own responsibility re-sponsibility and without my sanction or from my partner. If the money is not there when we call for it, he will have to make good. Sullivan was informed of the CoalUuy case. He was told that the action was originally brought In the state of Nevada und lhat a judgment was given against mo.
