suspended and the bill was read the third asniv and passed unanimously thu second substitute for 0 was taken up and sir byran offered a substitute which was adopted mr hatch moved thai the amendment striking out surgeons physicians dentists and photographers from alic list of persons who may be required to pay a license be reconsidered mr thought city authorities should bo given the privilege to
