| Show MEETING OF ASYLUM resolutions in to the financial situation in the asylum board meeting on the logli dinst the claim of sons was brought up and on motion of mr dougall was referred to mr with a request that a fully itemized statement of said claim and account be presented the following resolutions were offered the legislative assembly of lie territory of utah at the session provided for the issuance and sale of interest bearing bonds of the value of for the purpose 01 erecting and completing certain public buildings and there vias appropriated out of the moneys arising from the sale of said bonds for the completion of the sum of and there has been received by said asylum the proceed arising from the sale of a portion ot said bonds the sam and the sale of alie the remain dei of said bonds has been advertised for the day c january 1890 and the lubor on said addition to said arlinn is bow in progress and t ie contractor is entitled under the provisions of this contracts to monthly payments on said labor to be estimated by the architect and there is now due said contractor the amount of the estimate for the month of november 1690 therefore cs oved that W II 11 dusinberry treasurer of the territorial insane asylum is hereby and directed in behalf of the territory insane aay hiim to borrow pending the sale of eaid bantis the sum of at the lowest possible rate of interest and a note shall be given by the for aard amount payable on february ast 1st 1890 on motion of mr dusenberry the above were approved and passed on motion of mr farnsworth the maximum rate of interest on the forgoing loan was placed at 10 per annum the claim of W N dusenberry for services aa chairman of abo building committee amounting to was allowed and amount appropriated the board adjourned without date |
