Tho meeting will be the most important im-portant one so far as tho plans for the entertainment of tho nation "s chief executive. The subcommittees, named ton days ago, have been busy .working out the details of the presfdenl "s reception re-ception and entertainment as originally outlined, and will make reports ot their progress at the mooting Snturdaj' afternoon. after-noon. This meeting will see to it, that nothing noth-ing so far has been overlooked, and will guard against the overlooking of future details not worked out. With the meeting Saturday afternoon every detail de-tail will be -placed in order, and all that will remain will be to carry out the reception nnd entertainment as mapped out. The committees on tho entertainment of the president were rounded out Thursday with the naming by tho governor gov-ernor of a finance committeo to take care of the expenditures necessary to give the nation's chief executive a proper welcome.
