At tho Utah county mcdlcaj, society meeting hold here yesterday, yester-day, the dairies of Provo and vicinity were discussed and thc doctors thought the dairymen were trying to do their best and at the present time were giving 4o thc people of Provo as good milk as was furniKhcd to any city In the -state. The doctors also passed a resolution which was addressed to the nowspapcrs of the state, a copy of which was handed to a Tribune representative. as follows: Thc following resolution was passed by our society, today "That this society protests against thc publication of t'he particulars of medical cases, or"of surgical opcratlvcciases by thc naming of physicians connected therewith, there-with, or the place of operation, etc., the, same not' being In accord with the ethics of this society and of the American Medical Med-ical association. And that thc secretary of tills society be Instructed to notify the newspapers to this effect and to request the 'reporters- and editors to refrain from publishing thc names of physicians and the place of operation, etc., without express ex-press permission. from' the attending physician phy-sician and surgeon."
