RICHARDS ESTATE IS VALUED AT $175,3$7 Mrs. Margaret B. Tllcliards, executrix of the estnto of her hushnnd, Edward F.lchards. who died in this city on May 3 last', filed her report with thcwrounly clork on Friday, showing that tho valuo of the personal property belonging to the estate is $175,387. In addition to this, tho report shows that Mr. Richards owned four parcels of valuable real estate In thl3 olty and two pieces of raalty In Provo, the value of which Is not given. Mr. Richards wa3 a wealthy mining man of this city, and Ills heirs aro 'a widow, a son and two daughters. Ills will bequeaths 52000 to his son, ho having hav-ing previously received ?3000 from his father, and $6000 to each of his daughters, daugh-ters, while tho remainder of his property was left to his widow, who was named as executrix without bonds. j
