Show SALVATION ARMY DEDICATES CITADEL The dedication services of the new Salvation Army citadol, 133 East Second Sec-ond South street, were held Safurday evening at S o'clock. The service, which was an enthusiastic one, was presided over by Ensign and Mrs. D. S. Baldwin, recently of St. Louis. Mo. Ensign Baldwin is nftw in charge of the Salt Lake branch of the army. Maj. M. Willie, youug people's secretary of the Salvation Army of the Western States, with headquarters at San Francisco, Fran-cisco, made a goneral gospel talk on salvation and the benevolent work of the army, and Capt. Q. Case of "Denver "Den-ver delivered a short address partly ou the same subject. Major Willis will deliver three ad-dressos ad-dressos today at the new citadel at 11 a. m., 3 p. m. and 8 p. m. Tho address ad-dress in tho morning will be on "Holiness"; "Holi-ness"; in the afternoon it will be in the form of a talk to ohildreu, and at night the subject will be "Calvaiy." Captain CaBo will also speak at these services. Major Willis will leavo Monday night for Grand Junction enrouto to Colorado, where he is going to conduct a series of meetings. |
