Tho chute had becomo stopped up and Spiropoulos went, down to remove tho material which was proventing tho oro passing through, and another laborer at tho smelter, not knowing that tho man was down' in there, dumped Several hundred hun-dred pounds of oro into the bin to which tho chute was connected and it fell on the Greek, breaking his neck and causing caus-ing instaut death. Tho bod was brought to this city Saturdaj' afternoon on the 1:40 o'clock train and taken in charge b3' Undertaker Under-taker Ebuer W. Hall, Funeral services will take placo today at 12 o'elock from tho Hallundertaking parlors. Spiropoulos had a brother and thrco cousins living in this city. |
