The amended ordinance, as drafted by City Attorney H. J. DIniimy at Building Inspector A- N. Heretofore property owners were allowed al-lowed to excavate underneath tho sidewalk side-walk to within three feet of tho curb line. The amended ordlnanco limits tho excavation to four feat.
