Daisy Smith, a sister of Mrs. Trenebcll. is caring for the children, but at the request of the father. Mrs. Trcnchell was advised by her attorneys, Christenscu & Christenscn, that the father had no more right to keep iho children than did tho mother until a court decree 'was secured. "You let him alone, Earl." she cried; "I have lust as much right to him as you have. "Nothing of the kind," said the father, rather heatedly. "There'll be a warrant for your arrest waiting for vou as soon as 'ou get off the train in Salt Lake." But Mrs. Treuehell insisted that she was right in her action.
