Show I NEW COMPLAINT FILED IN G0FF ROBBERY CASE 1 Special to The Tribune, i OGDEN, Jan. 30. Failing to obtain 1 permission from the court to amend the complaint charging B. E. Bramlet, B. G. McGuire and John K. Garrett with the 1 Tobbery of Frank Goff at the Apes: rooming house several weeks ago. District Dis-trict Attorney Nathan Harris today filed new complaints covering the points which were not included in the former charges. Tn addition to the three defendants, who conduct the Apex saloon, the namo of James Fleming, alias James Dublin, appears in the new complaint which was issued late this afternoon. Bram-lett. Bram-lett. McGnire and Garrett have already been bound over to the district court on the charge of robbery. From tho evidence produced at tho preliminary hearing the district attomev believes that he has sufficient evidence to a'lso warrant Fleming's conviction on the same charge. Goff is a machinist. According to his stor3' he was robbed of $340 in money and a watch valued at $50 in a room above tho Apex saloon while in ' an intoxicated condition, for which tho defendants are accused of being responsible. |
