Rosswlnkle, the visiting Jesuit who Is Instituting tho retreat re-treat at Sacred Heart academy. His first utlorance was tho announcement of a marrlago that Is to be celebrated In tho near future, the ceremony to be performed per-formed Jn St. Joseph's. Tho sacrament of matrimony was the subject of his opening remarks, and he expressed great pleasure that tho young couple had given publicity to their Intention and that they would be married not according to the plan of tho Protestant world, but by tho rites of holy church. Not married to bo divorced ns soon as tho whim came to one or both for a change, but so long as they both shall live. Tho contracting parties aro Francis S. Ottman and Helen Irene Murphy, both of Ogden. Tho revorond father's sermon was from the third epistle of St. Paul, and he related re-lated all the divine miracles that the Savior wrought while on earth. lie Is a forceful and logical speaker and Is a favorite fa-vorite with the entlro parish, who first heard him hero In missionary work one year ago. |
