Ambrose McMannis was the next prisoner called on the chargo of bur-glai3", bur-glai3", it being alleged that he stole a barrel of whisk3" from tho New Pc-sort Pc-sort bar on State street. This case was treated as the former and dismissed. dis-missed. Judge Dichl ordored that the records of the court be made to show that tho cases were dismissed on tho court's own 1 motion, as no prosecuting attorney- was present.
