Show BLYTHE AND SCIIOEWE SETTLE DIFFERENCES Apparently C. P. Blythe and P. J. Schocwc. who wero copartners in the Southslde Meat Market, at 370 South Main street, have settled all their differences differ-ences out of court, for upon the statement state-ment from the defendant's counsel In Judge Morse's division of the Third district dis-trict court, Monday morning, that the plaintiff some time ago had agreed to the dismissal of tho case, this action was taken. In tho complaint, filed March C, last year, Blytho charged that the concern was losing business on account of Schowe's neglect of Its affairs, and that the defendant used the firm's money for his individual benefit. It was further set out that when Blythe demanded to know tho amount of the cash sales for January 21. last year, Schowe assaulted and kept him away from the cash register. Besides Be-sides excluding the plantifE from participation partici-pation in and management of tho business, busi-ness, It was charged, Schoewe was collecting col-lecting notes due the firm and appropriating appropri-ating the money to his own use. Blythe asked for a restraining order and a receiver, re-ceiver, and the former request was granted. |
