NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make the following follow-ing described Improvement, to wit: Extending and laying sewer lateral of vitrified pipe eight (8) inches In diameter in the center of Bridport street, between Fifth South and Sixth South streets, In Sewer District No. 1, and defroy tho abutter's abut-ter's portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at eight hundred seventy-eight and 40-100 ($378.40) dollars, or 72-100 ($0.72) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being 1220 feet abutting Baid improvement, by a local assessment upon tho lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be affected and benefited by said improvement, namely: The north 305 feet of the east aide of the weBt 14S.5 foet of lot 3. tho aouth 305 feet of the east sldo of the west 148.5 feet of lot 6, tho south C05 feet of tho west side of tho east 118.5 feet of lot 7. tho north 305 feet of the west side of tho cast KS.5 feet of lot 2, block 23, plat "Ji." Salt Lake City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of such Intention must be presented pre-sented In writing to tho City Recorder on or before the 12th day of October, 190S, being the time act by said Council when It will hear and consider-such, protests and objections as may be mado thereto.
