I NOTICE. Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of the intention inten-tion of such Council to make tho following follow-ing described Improvement, to wit: Constructing a cement sidewalk six (6) feet wide and four (4) inches thick on tho west side of North Main street between First North and Second North streets, and on both sides of said street between Second North and Third North streets, in Sidewalk District No. 27, and defraj the abutters' portion of the cost and expense ex-pense thereof, estimated at three thousand thou-sand five hundred forty-two and 45-100 ($3542.45) dollars, or one and 50-100 ($1.50) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting abut-ting property, there being 2361.63 feet abutting said Improvement, by a local as-f as-f Kcssment upon the lots or pieces of ; ground within the following described dls-1 dls-1 irlct, being tho district to be affected and benefited by said improvement, namely: The west aide of lota 3, 4 and 5, block 31; the east side of lots 1, 6, 7 and S, block 12; the east, side of lots 1 and 6, block 17; tho west side of lots 2, ?. and 4, block 18; tho cast side of lot 1, block S; the cast s'lde of the west 20.7S feet of Pino street, beginning at the north sldo of lot 1, r block 8, running thence north 291.06 feet, all In plat "E," Salt Lake City Survey, The total cost of said improvement Is estimated at five thousand one hundred twenty-three and 18-100 (J5123.1S) dollars, of which sum the city's portion Is ono thousand flvo hundred eighty and 73-100 (315S0.73) dollars, leaving threo thousand five hundred forty-two and 45-100 t ($3542.45) dollars to be raised by local aa-I aa-I cessment, j All protests and objections to tho carry-b carry-b lng out of such intention must be prc-f; prc-f; I aented In writing to the City Recorder on L. or before tho 12th day of October, 190S, ( bolng the time set by said Council wl:en 1 It will hear and consider such protests , and objections as may be made thereto.
