Show STANDARD COPPER CHANGES. Stockholders Will rXeot to Vote on Some Important Matters. Notice has been given, by Secretary W. E. Hubbard, of the Standard Copper Cop-per company, that a special stockholders' stockhold-ers' meeting of this company will be held in this city on the 29th of this month for the purposo of submitting to them several propositions of importance impor-tance regarding the affairs of tho company. com-pany. At a recent meeting of the directors di-rectors the following resolution was passed: "Resolved, That the articles of incorporation of this company be amended: 1. By changing the name of the conipauj- to Bingham Standard Copper company. 2. B3' increasing the par value of tho shares to five dollars per share." This matter will come up, therefore., for disposition on the 20th. It was lenrncd Tuesday that tho Standard company had ;ust acquired the Julia S group of Bingham properties, aud additional acquisitions will bo made by the company, to bo paid for out of the stock of the new company, to rnise the Bingham possessions of "this organization organiza-tion up to 400 acres by tho first of the year. The company now owus 350 acres of splendid ground, and during its 6kort life has made some extremely judicious acquisitions. The Bingham Standard Copper company will soon be appreciated as ope 01 the most active and desirable groups in that great copper cop-per camp. |
