OCR Text	Show Non-Support Alleged. May Batt has filed suit in the Third District court, to secure a divorce from Thomas H. Batt, on the Ground of non-support. non-support. The parties were married November No-vember 26, 1S06, and have two children. The plaintiff alleges that her husband has railed to provide for her the common com-mon necessities of life for over eighteen eight-een mouths past. She asks for tho custody cus-tody of the two children. and for permanent perma-nent alimony in whatever sum the court may see fit to grant. '
