ASSEMBLING MACPIINERY. United State3 Company Is Placing New Equipment on Four.datious. C. F. Allen, Minos Manager of the United States Smelting, "Refining and Mining compauy, has returned froui Eureka, Nov.. where he accompauicd President Sharp and Managing Director Holden on an inspection tour of the company's properties in that camp. Mr. Allen stated Wednesday that the management man-agement was making good progress in assembling their new equipment. The large compressor has been placed upon its foundations, the hoisting engines arc 011 the ground and will be placed upon their foundations within a short time. President Sharp and Mr. Uolden continued con-tinued on to the California properties of the United States company.
