KleiiiHchniidt, alleged slayer of Frank Bellows, to secure his release, Superior Judge Harris took tho matter under advisement and set tho time for rendering his decision next Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. An application by Kloinschinidt 's attorneys was made to have him released on bail. Tn this mattor Judge Harris also postponed his decision' until Tucadnv.
