KIiEIXSCHMIDT'S CASE UNDER ADVISEMENT OAKLAND, f'al.. Nov. 29. After hearing extended arguments of both the prosecution and the defense in the habeas corpus proceeding" brought by 1 Tarry G. KleiiiHchniidt, alleged slayer of Frank Bellows, to secure his release, Superior Judge Harris took tho matter under advisement and set tho time for rendering his decision next Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. An application by Kloinschinidt 's attorneys was made to have him released on bail. Tn this mattor Judge Harris also postponed his decision' until Tucadnv.
