Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make tho following follow-ing described Improvement, to wit: Constructing Con-structing a cement sidewalk four (4) feet wide and four (4) Inches thick on ihe oast sldo of Post street between Fourth South and Fifth South streets. In sidewalk district No. 21, and defray the abutters' portion of the cost and expense ex-pense thereof, estimated at four hundred hun-dred nlnetv-olght and 40-100 ($498.40) dollars, dol-lars, or 70-100 ($.70) dollars per front or linear foot, there being 712 feet abutting abut-ting said improvement, by a local assessment, assess-ment, upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be affected and benefited by said Improvement, namely: All of lots 2 to 29. Inclusive, block 10. City Park subdivision of block 2S. pint "C." Salt Lake City survey. The total cost of said Improvement is estimated at five hundred seventy-six and 25-100 (?57fi.25) dollars, of which sum tho city's portion Is seventy-seven and 85-100 (577.85) dollars, leaving four hundred hun-dred ninety-eight and 40-100 ($498 40) dollars to be raised by local assessment. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of such intention must be presented pre-sented in writing to tho City Recorder o'n or before the 11th day of "March. 1907, being tho time sot by said Council when It will hear and consider such protests und objections as may be mado thereto.
