Notice Is hereby given that a special stockholders' moctlng of tho Raymood-Illjnols Raymood-Illjnols Mining company, a corporation, will be held on the 26th day of June. 1D4VI. at 8 P m.. nt its office In the Hawkins I, lock. No. South Main stR-et. Salt Lake City. Utah, for the purpose of considering con-sidering tho question of adopting or rejecting re-jecting the following amendments to ltj? articles! of Incorporation. Artlclo V to be amended to read os follows: "The amount of the capital stock of said corporation shall bo $40.000.00, which shall be divided Into 450.000 shares of the par value of 31.00 each Two hundred flftv thousand aharea shall br- alloted to the said Raymond-Illinois Mining company, com-pany, or lt nominee or nominees, nnd ono hundred sixty-five thousand shares thereof there-of shall be allotted to the said Illinois Minim,' "ml Milling company, or it nominee nom-inee or nominees, and thirty-five thousand shares shall remain in th treasury of said company and shall ho disposed of from time to time by the Roard of Directors Di-rectors and the proceeds derived from such disposition shall be used for development develop-ment purposes " Vrtlcle X to be amended to read as follows "The capital stock of the said corporation is and shall he assessable and assessments may be levied thereon by the Board of Directors not to exceed one-half one-half a cent per share per month, for the. pin pose of affording a working capital to t urry on the mining operations of tho said" company and to discharge Its debts and liabilities, and to acquire purchase and hold any property, real or personal, Which the Board of Directors may deem advisable, such assessment or assessments assess-ments to he levied and collected In tho manner provided for by law.
