June 12 Henry F Goll. former assistant cashier of tho First National bank, today pleaded not guilty to an Indictment containing thlr-i. thlr-i. . rj counts. Goll furnished the amount of ball required, which Judge Quarles had fixed nt $t.no. and was released. The counts contained in the Blgelow Indictment In-dictment are practically repeated In Goll's case, With the exception that Goll, In each Instance, Is accused with aiding and abetting the former hank president by making false entries The ease probably prob-ably will not como up for trial until the October term.
