Postmaster Flint and F A. lllnes left tonight for Niagara Falls to attend the Imperial Council of the Mystic Shriners, which convenes at Niagara Falls June IS. W. D. Stephens has already gone east, and w W, Lovett win start Wednesday. Tho party expects to be absent four weeks. "We shall make every effort to get the council for Let?
